 Philips VP5500 WidgetBucks - Trend Watch - WidgetBucks.com The Philips VP5500 isn't a cell phone, but it's a video VoIP phone which runs on Linux. It has been released in the Netherlands -which is Philips' home base country- in September 2005. The VP5500, which can also be connected to a television set for extra large video conversations, has just been released world wide at the IFA 2006 in Berlin earlier this month.
