Damsel in distress - Smartphone advice needed!

I'm looking to buy a Nokia smartphone but a bit of a novice when it comes to technology. I want a phone that can connect to the internet at the drop of a hat, has a decent camera/video, email and full qwerty keyboard. I'm not fussed about music capabilities as I have an ipod for that. Does anybody have any suggestions please? Thanks

nokia E-90 is one bad mutha... fits the bill and then some for what you're looking for. have to get a unlocked version and ATT/cingular or t-mobile service.... won't do verision or nextel/sprint
