UNVEILED: O2 Germany's next Xda Windows Mobile Smartphone is the Xda diamond

HTC Diamond
announcement (most likely

we will hear more on May 6),

T-Mobile previewed its version of the HTC Diamond, aka the MDA compact IV,
during last month's CeBIT in Hanover already. And now O2 Germany followed with a
pre-announcement that its next Xda Windows Mobile smartphone will be called "O2
Xda diamond".
So far, O2 only unveiled that its Xda diamond will be black and featuring a big
touchscreen as well as HSDPA and GPS. But if it is based on the HTC Diamond,
which T-Mobile's MDA compact IV is also expected to be based on, it's somewhat
confirmed, that the Xda diamond will also features a 3 megapixel autofocus
camera, 4 GB internal memory, a VGA touchscreen and Windows Mobile 6.1
Professional.
