WidgetBucks - Trend Watch - WidgetBucks.com Can anyone let me know the distances between infrared and bluetooth? I have a bluetooth enabled set....

InfraRed covers very small distance, infact you have to keep the devices really close (like 1 cm) but bluetooth covers great coverage, probably 5-6 meters or more but should be no hurdle in between.

WidgetBucks - Trend Watch - WidgetBucks.com Infrared is inferior to Bluetooth, where infrared connectivity is limited to centimetres, bluetooth is capable of connecting with devices as much as 10+ metres away, depending on the type of bluetooth both parties possess. Depends on the phones really.
