compatiblity conflict "smartphone vs my bluetooth"

I recent got a samsung sgh-t719 from my father "he have tmo and upgrade to a bb curve" and i was very jealous when he got it

hehehe !

anyway.............................i do have tmo prepaid and is a good phone for a 2yrs old but also why i got this phone one word "bluetooth" because my 7290 was non bluetooth but back to my current phone when i pay about $20 for my headset is was good but after a few day the headset was acting "weird"

1.the unit will >disconnect< itself from my phone by itself without touch the unit or my phone

2.when i want to charge the unit the red light will and will not come on

but also there more the store have a 10 day policy and no return i bought on 7/4/08 but i figures about the manufacture they must hel me is there product "wrong" why i was talking to them they told me they sold there name for this product to a company that make bluetooth "and i fell that i'm walking into uncharted water" so i call this 3rd party and after i explain my problem they told me i pay to sent it for service "even if nothing wrong" and they suggested me to return to the store and after i explain my problem they told me in so little word "SOL"

AND THE COMPANY WERE TALKING THAT SOLD THERE NAME FOR THIS PRODUCT IS EMERSON
