Where can I get a blackberry pearl for cheap? Is ebay the best place to get it?

Ebay would probably be your best bet, especially if you are willing to obtain a slightly used one. Best thing to do at this point, if you are money conscious, is wait a couple of months for the price to drop cause the Pearl is HOT right now.

my friend told me the cheapest way is to call your phone carrier and try to bring the price down...like buying a car

Sorry to bump and old post, but incase anyone else comes across this thread down the road, the Pearl is now available with a new plan through most carriers for free. If you want one of the new Pearls (3 new colors) you can normally get them for $150, again with a new/renewed contract. If you are looking to get the phone iteself I would probably look on eBay or Amazon like others have suggested.

In order to get a free blackberry pearl you might want to check with T-Mobile or Cingular to see if they have service in your area before you get something free. There is no sense in even getting a free one if you can't use it. Amazon.com has an offer for a Blackberry Pearl for $50 but depending on who you go with, above mentioned cellular companies, one is offering a $50 rebate with plan purchase. Basically your getting it free. With the sites below; check and see if they have any offers for it.

I recently bought a blackberry pearl. Great phone, but it seems like everyone has one too. I got really sick of confusing my phone for my wife's/coworker's/random person at the gym, that I wanted something to customize it. I'm not much of an accessory person, especially anything bulky, but I wanted a customized skin to really make it my own. I mean I have so much personal information in there and I don't know how I'd live without it if I were to lose it! Uniqueskins.com has some truely customizable blackberry skins. I designed a great basketball themed skin and could not be happy with the service, quality, and price I got with uniqueskins.com.
