I don't know why customers pay fees like $20 a month for streaming videos; it does seem like a waste. Regardless, it is simply good business for Cingular (and other companies) to offer these extra methods. Unfortunately for Cingular, it's a competitive market. They've either got to move with it, or fall out of it.
